I bought a cake smash package for my nephews birthday, which after some let downs previously I was eager to have this done. Kathleen normally takes bookings 1-2 months in advance, but fulfilled my request and fitted me in within 2 weeks. When we arrived Kathleen was all prepared and ready to snap, was very friendly and patient. As myself, my sister and my mum attended it was very overwhelming for my nephew, but Kathleen didn't rush us or hurry the process. Overall we were shattered as it was very hard work trying to get a 15 month old to smile on demand in unfamiliar surroundings but Kathleen managed to capture some of the most natural pictures which looked like he was in a catalogue. The prints took around one week to be ready for viewing, which was fantastic as we were so excited to see them. When I went to collect them they were beautifully presented in a gift bag wrapped in blue material. I loved this element as it made the service really personal and pretty. I have given a longer review as this was the kind of things I wanted to know when researching. I was really pleased with the service and outcome and would most definitely recommend Kathleen to others. Kelly Richards-Knight highly recommend Kathleen. All you need to know before you come for a photo session with me. Terms & Conditions PAYMENT TERMS: I require a £49.00 non-refundable booking fee (deducted from your total balance on the day of the session) and the rest of the balance of your chosen package before or on the day of your booked session. Please allow 2-3 weeks to receive your edited photos. You will select pictures from the online gallery where you find pictures with my logo on for protection. After you choose pictures, I send you them without writing on . The session fee is non-refundable, all sales are final! SESSION TERMS: * Please take off your shoes when you come in * Any damage made by the child or parents during the session needs to be charged and paid to the photographer * Please only bring the people who will be photographed to the session * Please do not bring your camera, camcorder or recording device to the session. SPECIAL OFFERS, PACKAGES AND VOUCHERS: Please bear in mind that they have expiry dates. The voucher expiry date is clearly stated on the voucher. For special offers, I do specify what months or days the Special Offer is for so if you cancel your appointment for the special offer and want to re-book outside of the month(s) specified - you can do so but you would have already lost the special offer price and can only choose between the normal packages I have. I update packages once in a while. So if you purchase a package from 2024, please do not assume that it is to be carried on to 2025 unless otherwise agreed by myself.
